Unica was founded in 2018 to give Egyptian employers something hard to find in one place: reliable, trained workers and real occupational safety expertise. Today we have nearly 1,500 people working on client sites, and the systems to grow that to 3,500.
We started with a simple observation. Companies were hiring workers from staffing agencies that knew little about safety, and paying separate consultants to fix the risks that followed.
Unica was built to close that gap. We brought together safety specialists and workforce managers in one team, so the people we place and the safety systems around them are designed together.
Since then we have grown into a team of 473 permanent staff and over 1,000 workers on flexible contracts, serving manufacturers, hotels, logistics companies and more.
To provide trained, well-supported workers and practical safety systems that protect our clients’ people, productivity and compliance.
